5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, digital products, or custom items.
  • Items returned outside the eligible return window.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
